Supporting Every Step of Your
Canadian Journey

Spouse/Common Law/Conjugal

Canada's Family Sponsorship Program enables Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner for permanent residence, allowing couples to build their future together in Canada. Each application is carefully assessed to ensure the relationship is genuine and meets the requirements under Canadian immigration law.

A successful application requires strong supporting evidence demonstrating that your relationship is authentic and was not entered into primarily for immigration purposes. Immigration officers review your relationship history, shared commitments, communication records, financial ties, and other supporting documentation before making a decision.

To strengthen your application, you should provide:

  • Proof of your genuine and ongoing relationship.

  • Marriage certificate or evidence of your common-law or conjugal partnership.

  • Supporting documents such as photographs, travel records, joint financial documents, and communication history.

  • Complete, accurate, and truthful information with all required documentation.

Our experienced team provides professional guidance from the initial eligibility assessment through to the preparation and submission of your application. We carefully review every document, organize compelling supporting evidence, and work diligently to maximize your chances of a successful sponsorship application.

Super Visa/Grandparents

Canada offers several pathways to help families reunite with their loved ones. The Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Program (PGP) allows eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents or grandparents for permanent residence, while the Super Visa provides a long-term temporary option that allows parents and grandparents to visit Canada for extended periods without the need for frequent visa renewals.

Each pathway has specific eligibility requirements, including sponsorship obligations, financial requirements, medical insurance (for Super Visa applications), and supporting documentation. Selecting the right option depends on your family's circumstances and long-term goals.

A successful application requires complete, accurate, and well-organized documentation demonstrating that all program requirements have been met. Immigration officers carefully review financial eligibility, relationship evidence, medical requirements, and supporting documents before making a decision.

Our experienced team provides professional guidance throughout the entire process, from assessing your eligibility and recommending the most suitable pathway to preparing your application, reviewing supporting documents, and ensuring every submission is complete, accurate, and positioned for the best possible chance of success.

Dependent Child/ Adopted Child

Canada's Family Sponsorship Program allows eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their dependent biological or legally adopted children for permanent residence, helping families reunite and build their future together in Canada. Whether your child is living abroad or already in Canada, this program provides a pathway to permanent residence, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

To qualify, both the sponsor and the child must satisfy the requirements established by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). For adopted children, additional requirements apply to ensure the adoption is legally recognized, genuine, in the best interests of the child, and compliant with both Canadian immigration laws and the adoption laws of the relevant country or province. In some cases, provincial or territorial adoption procedures must also be completed before immigration approval can be granted.

A successful application requires complete, accurate, and well-organized documentation, including proof of the parent-child relationship or adoption, identity documents, legal adoption records (where applicable), and any additional supporting evidence required by IRCC.

Our experienced team provides professional guidance from eligibility assessment through application preparation, document review, and submission, ensuring every application is professionally prepared to maximize the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Other
Relatives

In limited circumstances, Canada's Family Sponsorship Program allows eligible Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor certain other relatives for permanent residence. These provisions are intended for exceptional situations where no closer family members are available for sponsorship.

Eligible sponsorship categories include orphaned brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, or grandchildren who are under 18 years of age, unmarried, and whose parents are deceased. In addition, under the "Lonely Canadian" (Last Remaining Relative) provision, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident may be eligible to sponsor one relative of any age or relationship if they have no living spouse, common-law partner, child, parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew whom they could otherwise sponsor.

These applications are subject to strict eligibility requirements and require comprehensive documentation to establish the qualifying family relationship and demonstrate that all legislative criteria have been met.

Our experienced team provides professional guidance from the initial eligibility assessment through application preparation, document review, and submission. We carefully evaluate your circumstances, prepare a complete and well-supported application, and ensure all required evidence is presented to maximize the likelihood of a successful outcome under these specialized sponsorship categories.
